Points to note when preparing photos
To create beautiful, timeless works, it is important to have a good reference photo. The subject is depicted as in the photo, but we can make fine adjustments to your wishes as much as possible.
It is preferable to have a photo that makes it easy to focus on the subject. A photo of only the face, from the shoulders up, will allow for a more detailed depiction.
About points to keep in mind when taking photos
- Please send us image files as large as possible. We can enlarge the image for more detail.
- For animals, please focus so that the eyes, nose, mouth, and texture of the coat are clearly visible.
- We recommend taking photos without a flash, as we want to depict the natural, lovely glow of natural light.
- Natural light will give your eyes a nice light.
- Photos taken at eye level will lead to even more detailed depictions.
- Please bring in multiple photos. We will select photos from multiple photos from various angles, such as the desired appearance and expression, and draw your important figure.
It may be difficult to prepare materials when the subject, whether a person or a pet, has already passed away. In that case, I will use various photos to expand my image and depict it, so I would like you to show me some photos that you have that are very meaningful to you.
Can I remove or add something to the work?
For example, add/remove a collar or accessories...
Please let us know when ordering your portrait. Also, please send us a photo that makes it easy to imagine the relevant parts.
Additional fees may apply depending on the work content, but we will discuss and present it at the time of booking.
What will you receive with your portrait?
- Your portrait includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity artwork aftercare guide and thank you letter.
- The portrait comes with a discreet backing board attached so that your portrait is ready to be framed. (Frame not included)
It will be gift wrapped and safely packed in a secure box.
What is a Certificate of Authenticity?
- A Certificate of Authenticity proves the originality of the artwork, that it was created exclusively by that artist and cannot be reproduced.

- We work with a professional framer who owns a local art supply store to provide a custom framing service for your finished portraits.This allows you to choose the perfect frame for your portrait and highlight the fine details. Let us know if you would like your portrait to stand out even more with professional framing.
